The Missouri Partnership Opens Office in Kansas City, Missouri to Expand Economic Development

The Missouri Partnership, the state's non-profit business attraction and marketing organization, today announced the opening of its Kansas City, Mo. office, located at the Ambassador Building at KCI, 12200 NW Ambassador Street, near the KCI airport. The new office will help the Missouri Partnership expand its economic development service delivery throughout the state.

"Our new office allows us not only to continue serving companies interested in locating in Missouri, but also to collaborate that much more closely with our partnering organizations in the western half of the state," said Christopher Chung, CEO of the Missouri Partnership. "Our expanded presence reinforces the fact that Missouri is open for business, and will put more muscle behind our business development efforts in general."

Established in 2007, the Missouri Partnership is jointly supported by the Missouri Department of Economic Development and the non-profit Hawthorn Foundation. The Hawthorn Foundation is made up of corporations and business leaders committed to the state's long-term economic growth. Through private contributions by these firms and individuals, the Missouri Partnership has been able to market the state aggressively for new business, while working to attract new jobs and capital investment to Missouri.
