The Grand Olympia Receives 2012 Hamilton Trillium Award of Excellence

Online, December 7, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The Trillium Award of Excellence was first initiated in 1956 as a means to reward Hamilton residents for the efforts they put in the beautification of their city. Each year, the best landscaping projects are awarded a prize of excellence which stands as proof of the professionalism and interest in the quality of Hamilton's image.

In 2012, the Grand Olympia (renting wedding halls in Ontario) was the fortunate winner of this prize and on the 18th of October Mr Raffay, founder and owner of the hospitality and convention centre, received the award during the Hamilton Fall Garden & Mum Show Celebration.

Alex Moroz, the community liaison coordinator congratulated Mr Raffay for his accomplishment. 'Over 300 volunteer judges contribute their time to judge all the properties in Hamilton, Dundas, Stoney Creek and Glanbrook.
