As Contracts Manager, Heather will be ensuring the smooth running of all of SWA UK's contracts, all the time checking to see whether they are being delivered to the high standards of SWA UK.

Brian Sullivan is another new member of staff that SWA UK is taking on. Brian has held senior roles in both the public and private sector leading quality. He has achieved numerous quality awards and accreditations for his work over the years, and now he is bringing this experience to the role of Quality Assurance Manager at SAW UK. One of Brian's challenges in his new role is to help SWA UK realise its strategic goal of being one of the best private training providers in the UK. He will also be monitoring the quality of young apprenticeships that the company provide.

Bryony Leonard is the third new team member that SWA UK is welcoming. Bryony's role for SWA UK is Operational Delivery Manager. To this role she brings more than 10 years' experience in the education sector, with particular emphasis in providing support to individuals as they progress through their courses and learning in their career roles. Bryony will be continuing to provide this impartial advice and support to individuals of all ages as they develop themselves with SWA UK apprenticeships and courses.
