SumTotal® Systems, Inc., the global leader in Strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, announced the opening of its new EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) headquarters based in Reading, U.K. The new office, in the redeveloped Green Park business hub, signifies SumTotal’s continued global expansion and momentum.

The move demonstrates SumTotal’s commitment to and investment in EMEA. The new site will provide a base for the sales, professional services, technical support, account management, marketing and EMEA coordination functions as, well as the senior leadership team.
