Mr. Bustamante, a USC Marshall School of Business graduate, joins the company with over 20 years of real estate industry experience having co-founded GD Investors Inc. with whom he oversaw strategic development, property acquisition, financing, and disposition. GD Investors, Inc. acquired, owned and managed over $30,000,000 in apartment investments. Before joining Colwell Banker Commercial BLAIR WESTMAC Mr. Bustamante served as an investment specialist at CB Richard Ellis Group, Arnel Management Company, Trammell Crow Company, E&Y Kenneth Leventhal & Company, and Archstone-Smith Trust.
