Setup Box Costs Have You Frustrated? Try Simplex Trays for a Cost Effective Alternative!

Historically, setup boxes have proven to be expensive for companies to use to package their products for a number of reasons. Some manufacturers feel that setup boxes can be cost-prohibitive because they are typically made of a heavier, making them labor intensive to manufacture thicker chipboard that is more expensive as a raw material. In addition setup boxes are produced as finished products and are therefore shipped fully assembled, but empty to manufacturers.
