Calgary, Alberta (I-Newswire) November 2, 2010 - GCI Industrial Telecom, a division of GCI, has entered a joint venture agreement with Rigstar Communications Inc. to meet the growing needs of both companies in the energy support sector of western Canada and the northern United States.
