Qnovate, Through Participation in SAP Co-Innovation Lab, Develops and Delivers CRM Functionality Designed for the Chemical Industry
Qnovate, a leading provider of customer relationship management solutions and an SAP partner, today announced availability of its QEdge Chemical Value Add-Ons for the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application. This portfolio of add-ons and packaged services for SAP CRM is designed to address specific requirements for customers in the chemical industry.
QEdge Chemical Value Add-Ons for SAP CRM integrates with the SAP ERP application and SAP CRM and provides end-to-end business processes - from lead generation to opportunity tracking to closing sales. In addition to the functionality provided by the SAP solutions, the QEdge portfolio provides added capabilities designed for customers in the chemical industry, such as chemical sample management or dynamic list uploading of opportunities and contacts to support massive data imports after trade shows.

Through its participation in the SAP Co-Innovation Lab, Qnovate worked with SAP to integrate and test the new add-ons. The SAP Co-Innovation Lab was instrumental in helping drive this project. Specifically, SAP provided the infrastructure for testing the solution, helped to integrate the on-premise deployment of SAP CRM running in an SAP HANA Cloud Integration technology-based environment, and also provided the rapid-deployment support for development of the add-ons.
