This fun filled Labor Day morning will be filled with music, yoga, snacks, friendship and fun! Class offerings include all family members of all ages and is a free event for all.
Enjoy this special time with the Soul of Yoga community, meet the co-founders, staff and teachers, and sample 12 of the weekly classes (All classes will run 30 minutes) so you can try as many as you like. Experience spiritual yoga classes and take the opportunity to talk with the teachers and staff.
Classes offered to sample are: Sacred Movement, Yin with Healing, Prenatal, Kundalini, Mommy/me, Family Yoga, Metaphysics and Masters, Restorative, Soul Flow, Yoga Therapy, Crystal Bowls, and Meditation. (Over 60 classes a week held at the Soul of Yoga, so come and try a few complimentary!)
