Paradyne Bolsters Its Team to Cater for Rapid Growth in the Cloud Industry

Paradyne continues to expand its team to take advantage of rapid growth in Australia's cloud industry.

After a record breaking revenue year in the Cloud industry for 2013, Paradyne is investing heavily in its people to cater for above-average growth expectations for the New Year. From humble beginnings as a 2 person IT consultancy in 2010 set-up by Microsoft MVP Loryan Strant, Paradyne has quickly grown into one of Australia's fastest growing IT businesses specialising in Cloud services, migrations and consulting. With 14 employees, servicing over 300 Cloud Migrations and 750,000 Users across the Australian business, Education and Government sectors, Paradyne has become a leader in Australia's Cloud industry.

In recognition of this growth, Paradyne was recently awarded 8th in CRN's Fast 50 and Microsoft Australian Partner Awards Public Cloud Partner of the Year for 2013. Paradyne CEO Loryan Strant expects at least more staff to join the team in 2014 to cater for above-average growth in the Cloud Industry: "Over the past 4 years a large part of our growth has come from migrating clients to the cloud. In 2014 we expect Cloud Migrations to continue to be a large part of our business, but we also expect our Cloud Support and Services divisions to continue to drive rapid growth experienced in 2013."
Adding to the pool of talent, Paradyne recently announced the addition of Paul Krasey as Business Development Manager (Southern Region) in 2014. Paul educates Paradyne customers on how the benefits of the Cloud can be leveraged within their own business. He is committed to working towards a best case scenario and seeking out new technologies that will deliver an optimum experience for both customer and end-users.

A subject matter expert, Paul has consulted with over 500 enterprises on domestic and Global cloud-based solutions designed to deliver superior operational efficiency and profit. During a career that spans two decades, Paul has worked across a diverse range of sectors and organisational circumstances. An 11-year period at Telstra saw him recognised as the highest performing specialist in Telstra Business Australia.

"What gives us a competitive edge is our people. Our industry is constantly innovating, so finding and retaining skilled people that can adapt and empower businesses to take advantage of new technologies is a major focus for us" says Paradyne CEO, Loryan Strant. "We are thrilled to welcome Paul to the team in 2014. His relentless drive for finding a better solution ensures that Paradyne remains at the forefront of Cloud technology."
