Omni RMS Prepares for Growth with New London Office
Leading recruitment outsourcing specialist Omni RMS is expanding its UK base by opening a new London office this summer, paving the way for continued success on a national and international scale.
Manchester (I-Newswire) October 3, 2012 - Leading recruitment outsourcing specialist Omni RMS is expanding its UK base by opening a new London office this summer, paving the way for continued success on a national and international scale.
The move coincides with a period of impressive growth for the North West-based business, including significant client wins and the extension of its successful training division overseas.
Managing director Howard Flint says: “The London office will allow us improved access to some of the UK’s best RPO talent. This is crucial to us as despite the recent slip back into recession for the UK economy as a whole, many organizations are bucking the trend and are growing or are on the threshold of significant growth. Creating scalable solutions means we need to be able to flex around our clients’ needs – including being physically closer to those key clients with significant London operations.”
It will also provide an additional base from which Omni can deliver its bespoke training sessions on advanced social recruiting techniques, following the sell-out success of the brand’s first international course recently in New York.
Established over 14 years ago by current chairman Robert Leggett, Omni is the UK’s leading pure-play recruitment outsourcer and recruitment transformation specialist. It is privately owned and is not affiliated to any agencies. Virgin’s Fast Track 100 named Omni the UK’s 46th Fastest-Growing Company in 2003. In 2008 it won the Best Recruitment Managed Service title at the Recruiter Awards and was named the Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organization in the 2010 Recruiter Awards. About Omni RMS
Omni Is The UK’s Leading Pure-Play Recruitment Outsourcer And Recruitment Transformation Specialis More..t
At Omni we believe that talent is everything. And it was to help organisations reach out and find the very best talent that inspired Robert Leggett, founder, to establish Omni back in 1998. And change the way in which organisations recruit forever.
Robert identified that while organisations were heavily reliant on recruitment agencies they couldn’t manage either the performance of these agencies or the considerable amount being spent on them.
What was needed was a management service that ensured that both clients and suppliers were working as effectively and efficiently as possible with each other.
And so Omni was born.
And as Omni grew, so job boards developed and Omni became a pioneer in web-based recruitment. Developing one of the most experienced job board resourcing teams in the country. For many of our clients today over 60% of recruitment is conducted through web based recruitment channels.Less..
