No Link That Chocolate Causes Acne- Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate Has A Healthy Alternative For All (Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island)

All MXI Corp products are focused on powerful doses of delicious, antioxidant-rich Belgian cacao.

Good news for "Chocoholics"...over the past two decades, research has exposed that chocolate will neither causes nor aggravates acne- a condition resulting from overactive oil glands in the skin, typically during puberty, is not primarily linked to diet.

In a research study conducted by a University in the state of Pennsylvania, an organized group was given a bar "with no chocolate"- which resembled a chocolate bar with 28 % vegetable fat to "emulate the fat content of chocolate liquor and cocoa butter." A secondary r group was given "real chocolate", but these "test bars contained almost 10 times as much chocolate liquor as a normal 1.4 ounce chocolate bar." By the end of the test, the "average acne" condition of the persons in the group eating the actual chocolate bar was "essentially the same as those who had no chocolate!"

In another study, a group of "80 midshipmen"-all of whom had acne conditions ranging from mild to moderate, at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, were divided into two groups. Both groups were all living in the same conditions, dining and physical activities. One group "avoided all chocolate for four weeks;" the other "included a minimum of three bars in their daily diet." After four week duration, the two groups exchanged their eating patterns. In the clinical observation, facial overlays and photographs showed no significant changes in the acne conditions in either group.

Another misconception is that "chocolate is high in caffeine." When compared with the 75-175 milligrams of caffeine in a cup of coffee, a typical cup of hot chocolate has no more than 25 milligrams.
Typically a "1.4-ounce chocolate bar or an 8-ounce glass of chocolate milk" only contains about "6 milligrams of caffeine." That adds up to the equivalent of a cup of decaffeinated coffee.

People with Diabetes have felt that they need to give up chocolate all together- this is not the case. Chocolate, especially dark chocolate with reasonably low levels of added sugar, "can add flavor and enjoyment when used as an occasional treat as part of a well-balanced diet."

Another complaint is that one will get a headache or a migraine after eating chocolate. These are not signs of true food allergy; however it may be due to a "food intolerance or sensitivity." Genetics, lifestyle, medications, and hormonal changes can make headaches and migraines more "brutal." In a study conducted at a University in the state of Pennsylvania; "63 women who had chronic headaches" found chocolate was not a significant cause of migraines. The facts confirm "hormones" appear to play a significant role.

So what about Hyperactivity? Research has "proven for years that sugar does not cause uncontrolled behavior in children." Both the Food and Drug Administration and the 1988 Surgeon General's Report on "Sugar and Health" facts sustain these findings. Experts now believe that it is often the excitement surrounding a party or celebration that causes the inflated behavior rather- than the foods that are consumed.

Fortunately research has shown that nearly everyone can enjoy DARK Chocolate without hurting their health.

Xocai Healthy Chocolate has been created as the "healthy alternative" to commercial chocolate products. Xocai Chocolate is "produced with non-alkalized, non-lecithin zed cacao pepper, antioxidants, combined with Acai berries and blueberries." It is made with a "cold process," method, in contrast to the heat processes of other chocolates, which helps to "preserve the antioxidants and make Xocai a "healthy" chocolate."
Xocai chocolate can "lower cholesterol, boost energy, and protect against stroke. " It is the antioxidants in Xocai Healthy Dark Chocolate that provides the most gain. Antioxidants called "flavanoids" are naturally present in dark chocolate. Raw cocoa, which is a "major ingredient," also contains "potent antioxidants." MXI Corp-Xocai Healthy Chocolate has cut out "all waxes, refined sugars and bad fats."
Xocai is distributed through "network marketing," with several Healthy Dark Chocolate products to choose from, such as Xocai Healthy Chocolate Cookies, Xocai Nuggets, Xocai Protein Bar, and delicious beverages.
