New Honda Models See Growth in February Sales

Honda's initiative to revitalize the way drivers look at standard equipment is having positive results, with the 2013 Accord leading the pack.

The team at Missouri's Frank Leta Honda is proud to announce that vehicle sales for Honda saw a noticeable increase in the month of February, with the latest edition of the ever-popular Honda Accord accounting for the lion's share.

Honda of America reported that their 2013 February sales totaled over 100,000 units, which translates to an increase of 2.1 percent in the automaker's daily selling rate and keeps their year-to-date sales above where they were at this time in 2012.

There is little doubt that including amenities such as handsfree phone and audio streaming via Bluetooth, a rearview camera, and Honda's innovative new i-MID user interface have helped drive sales of all of their vehicles, and the new 2013 Accord has lead the charge as the poster child for this new campaign, with sales up a staggering 35.2 percent over last year.

The Accord isn't the only model finding a home in garages across the country - the newly redesigned 2013 Crosstour saw its second month of growth in the double digits at 15.3 percent, compared to February of last year. Honda's popular full-size SUV, the 2013 Pilot, also has sales up 8.3 percent at 9,614 models sold in February.

These three vehicles, as well as the full lineup of new Honda models - including the Civic, CR-V, Ridgeline, and more - are available now at Frank Leta Honda. Other new features that can be found on the most recent lineup include:

• Handsfree texting
• Pandora Internet Radio
• Steering wheel-mounted audio and i-MID controls
• Alloy wheels
