HRM Awards has finally selected its 2013 finalists for the different award categories. On the coveted nominee list for Champion of HR - which recognizes leaders drive HR from a top-down approach - is Ms Aditi Nayak from MindWave Solutions.

Singapore (I-Newswire) December 4, 2012 - MindWave Solutions is proud to announce that its Co-Founder, Aditi Nayak has been awarded Official Finalist under the category 'Champion of HR' at the upcoming 10th HRM Awards 2013.

HRM Awards is the most coveted and established in Singapore. It is widely considered throughout the industry as the pre-eminent awards for HR and its nomination follows extensive research to identify top employers, HR professionals and HR practices.

The Champion of HR recognizes an organizational leader who embraces HR via a demonstrated track record in supporting HR and driving strategies and initiative from the top.

About Aditi Nayak

Ms Aditi Nayak is the Co-Founder of MindWave and sits on the Board of Directors. She is also the appointed Chief Operating Officer of the organization. She is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership at the company. Ms Nayak is also the mastermind behind the foundation of subsidiary - MindWave Business Analytics. Besides being the driving force behind its growth and development, she is an active member of the BA community and has initiated the Business Analytics Interest Group (BAIG) under the support of SiTF.

Ms Nayak has over a decade of experience in the Human Resource field. Upon graduating from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago (USA), she was recruited by the United States Navy as a research scholar for their Navy Personnel Research Studies & Technology (NPRST). Ms Nayak was also a Trainer at TD Waterhouse (USA) across various functions including Human Resources & Marketing. She also holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) Certification from Singapore Management University.

Ms. Nayak is recognized for cultivating a culture of excellence and achievement at MindWave, enabling "ordinary people to do extraordinary things" via formal mentoring programs, skills development and a process-centric approach to things.
