Midwest Diamond & Metals Trading Company was founded in F   More..ebruary 1995 by Craig Zaligson in St Louis Park, MN. The name was changed to Midwest Diamond and Watch Co. a few years later and has remained ever since. In 2003, Craig moved his growing business to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. There he continued to grow and expand his business, primarily into a watch collector's destination.

Having outgrown the Hyatt Regency Hotel location, Craig decided to move his watch business closer to the heart of downtown Minneapolis. He proudly opened the doors at his present location in the US Bank Plaza in December 2011 and is looking forward to many more years at the new larger location.

Today, we specialize in fine Swiss timepieces, European watch winders made from the finest leathers and woods as well as GIA and AGS certified diamonds. We are proud to offer friendly customer service as a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1998. Our on-staff watchmaker is formally trained and certified with both the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) and the Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program (WOSTEP) in Switzerland.Less..
