This new AV/IT offering from Mechdyne also allows everyone in the meeting to share visuals, data, photos, video or documents, in a variable, multiple window set up-- so everyone "in" the meeting may bring in content they want others to see and discuss.

Other key features include the ability to record the entire meeting, including audio and video, and to annotate directly on the meeting "canvas" to make certain important points and outcomes standout and can be reviewed at a later date. Finally, MeetingCanvas lets users share their desktop over Wi-Fi, from Windows and MacOS laptops, as well as iPhone and iPad devices.
