G-Quasar is the largest fest organized in North India during the months of February or March. It is a three day fest with the perfect amalgamation of Music, Dance, Fashion, Dramas, Amusing actions, and Celebrity performances along with technical and cultural events. G-Quasar is an innovative mix of art, culture, glamour, excitement, fun and competitions.
G-Quasar started in the year 2011 and has emerged as a leading college festival in the NCR region. The event aims at the synergy of best minds and gives a chance to students to release themselves from the pressure of studies and unite themselves to suggest and implement ideas on the cultural scene. G-Quasar has been a great success in the past years because of the hardwork, creativity and dedication of the students at Galgotia who are bent on making the event grand and successful. During the year 2012, G-Quasar was the biggest fest in Galgotias' history. It was a three-day event that witnessed a footfall of more than 15,000 students. The major attractions of the event were the presence of celebrities such as Dr. Kumar Vishwas, Honey Singh, Mika and RDB. The following year, G-Quasar 2013 was held in the month of March and was a creative blend of culture and art, creativity and innovation, glamour and excitement.
The highlights of the event were performances by Bombay Rockers, Vishal - Shekhar, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sonal Chauhan and Shruti Pathak followed by the DJ Night. Various events and competitions were organized such as Dance, Literary, Music, Drama, Photography, Quiz, Fine arts, Gaming, Technical, Management and others.
