Large Mortgage Specialists Launch New Responsive Website

London-based Mortgage Brokers launch a new website designed to be responsive to the increasing range of mobile devices used by their clients

There has been rapidly increasing growth in recent months in the use of mobile devices to research businesses online and make serious buying decisions. This increase has partly been a result of easier access to the internet in an ever expanding range of locations but also as a result of the proliferation of smartphones and tablets. The expectations of those with mobile access to the internet are likewise burgeoning with increasing numbers of mobile visitors to websites expecting to fully engage with a business rather than just browse.

To satisfy these expectations, many businesses are re-evaluating their existing websites from a mobile perspective. The mobile device market is evolving rapidly, with devices in a variety of sizes, so the traditional approach to satisfying mobile users by creating separate websites for computers, phones and tablets is no longer seen as the best solution. Instead a single website that is responsive to a whole range of devices of different sizes is now considered the most user-friendly approach.

Enness Private Clients, an independently owned large mortgage brokerage in Central London, already had a well-established web presence but were keen to satisfy their audience's increasing preference for mobile access and offer them a good experience from wherever they viewed their website.

Earlier this year the company decided to invest in a new website with a responsive design which launched at the beginning of April. The design is flexible enough to meet the needs of discerning visitors using anything from the smallest smartphone right up to the largest desktop screen. The layout adapts to the viewing device to always provide the best user experience and present the essential elements of the website in an easy to view format.

Islay Robinson, CEO of Enness Private Clients, remarked "We understood the need for a mobile-friendly website that would better engage our visitors but the redesign was also an opportunity to showcase who we are and the services we provide as well as reflecting the wealth of experience that the company has to offer."
