LANGHORNE, P.A., Jan. 2014 JonRose Publishing is proud to announce the arrival of Winter Soon, Dr. David Michael Martin's debut novel. This thrilling eBook is available online, through www.JonRoseEBooks.com.

Winter Soon is a gripping tale focused on betrayal, bloodshed, and the search for redemption.

This riveting fiction centers around an ill-fated fishing trip to the Moosehead Lake area of Maine in 1973. Three long-time friends, John, Meech and Hoxie, attempt to reconcile old grudges and intertwined love affairs in this pristine setting. Despite the breathtaking backdrop however, old animosities arise and leave one man, an innocent game warden, dead.

Months later, one man will disavow of a pact of secrecy, and, driven by guilt, will return to the scene of the crime, searching for answers.

From its vivid depictions of the Northern Maine wilderness, to an intense look into the depths of what drives men to bury their misdeeds, Winter Soon is an absorbing narrative that will lure its readers in and not let them go till the final word.
