Peter Dunn joins KBE as a Project Superintendent with over 20 years experience in site construction, supervision, and trade organizational skills. His previous positions include Project Superintendent and Construction Manager.
Scott Smith joins KBE as a Project Superintendent. Previously employed as a Construction Site Superintendent, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Project Manager, Mr. Smith has 28 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, and previously served as a Quartermaster Master Helmsman in the United States Navy.
Barry Boyd, LEED AP, joins KBE as a Project Manager. With 30 years of construction management experience, Mr. Boyd has completed federal and commercial projects as a project manager, senior project manager, and design-build project manager. Mr. Boyd graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Johns Hopkins University with a Master's degree in Business Administration, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Sinnamon Jones rejoins KBE as an Assistant Project Manager. Previously employed as a project engineer and project estimator, Ms. Jones has over eight years' experience in the construction industry, including working on federally funded projects. Ms. Jones graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University.
Carroll Potter joins KBE as a Project Superintendent. With over 30 years of professional experience in public/ private commercial and residential construction industry, Mr. Potter has been previously employed as a foreman, carpenter, equipment operator, Assistant Superintendent, Field Supervisor, and Project Superintendent. He has certifications in Construction Safety and Health, Adult CPR and First Aid, and Erosion Sediment Control.
Nick Oliver joined KBE as Safety Coordinator for the firm's MidAtlantic operations. With more than a dozen certifications in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training, Safety Management, and First Aid, Mr. Oliver has been previously employed as the Director of Safety & Training, Safety Manager & Trainer, and a General Foreman. He graduated from Calvary Chapel Christian Academy.
Tessa Hall joins KBE as an Estimator. Ms. Hall has been previously employed as a Purchasing Coordinator, Residential Estimator, Commercial Flooring Estimator, Office Engineer, and Assistant Superintendent. She graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor in Architecture degree and is certified as a Construction Quality Control Manager from the Army Corps of Engineers.
