Haley's Homemade Sandwiches Introduces New Fall/Winter Menu

Haley's Homemade Sandwiches adds its most popular specialty dishes to its new lunch and dinner menu.

Ewing, NJ (I-Newswire) October 15, 2012 - Haley's Homemade Sandwiches has added its most popular specialty dishes to its new Fall/Winter menu that launched Thursday, October 11th. The expanded menu delivers a new variety of creative sandwiches, that highlight chef and owner Tommy Haley's passion for flavor and great homemade taste.

Haley was recently reviewed by The Times of Trenton, which described his cooking as "fresh, flavorful food made with care and skill." The menu features several new ingredients such as Hass avocado, fresh arugula, aged asiago cheese and ground lamb. Also being introduced are new sauces are made from scratch daily, including basil pesto, cranberry chutney, and homemade vodka sauce.

“We opened just 5 months ago and the feedback we’ve received about the food has been outstanding,” said owner and head chef Tommy Haley. “We’ve listened to our customers by deciding to expand our more traditional menu and incorporate some of our most popular specials, dishes customers normally couldn’t get every day.”

“We’ve maintained the concept of keeping our ingredients fresh and made in house,” continues Haley. “This means many of our dishes will change seasonally such as the Jersey Tomato Salad in the summer and the Pumpkin Ravioli in the fall.”
