Live 3-hour Concert Coincides with the Launch of MyHealingRooms.com, a Free Online Wellness Resource Featuring Noted Holistic Healers
weston (I-Newswire) January 21, 2014 - Barbara Slaine, founding director of the Liphe Balance Center of Weston, today announced the creation of MyHealingRooms.com, a free online wellness resource dedicated to sharing news, video demonstrations and interviews with a community of holistic healers, including award-winning author, illustrator and mystic Hans Wilhelm; Johan Bowinkel, founder of the Chiren Instrument and the Institute for Applied Bioentology; Jaqueline Lapa Sussman, psychologist, author and expert on Eidetic Image Psychology; and others. The website will be launched on Valentine's Day in conjunction with a special concert starring Grammy nominated musician David Young, whose instrumentals have debuted to widespread critical acclaim.
"We are thrilled to open the doors to MyHealingRooms.com with a live 3-hour concert performance, Channeling George Harrison by David Young, at our Weston healing center," said Barbara Slaine, founding director of the Liphe Balance Center. "His guided meditations and instrumentals resonate with the essence of our goals, which is to give people seeking healing alternatives for body, mind, soul and spirit, a peaceful place to find the help and guidance they need."
The event will include a healing music concert with storytelling, David's personal stories about the more than 20 miraculous experiences he describes in Channeling Harrison, Book One, with George's vision and hope for the planet at this crucial time, and a question and answer session. The evening concludes with a guided group meditation with sound healing to heighten awareness, strengthen personal intuitions, and help participants live with greater connectivity and synchronicity.
David Young is one of the world's best-known recorder players. He has recorded 55 albums and sold over a million CDs. His performances are visually and musically relaxing, blending his artistry with soul-stirring, heavenly melodies that transform and transport his audiences to a place of serenity and healing. He has played for audiences of music all-stars, celebrities and more, bringing them to their feet in standing ovations that beg for an encore. His signature music is played by therapists and practitioners at more than 10,000 yoga studios, spas, hospitals, healing centers and wellness retreats throughout the United States, where tranquility and inner peace are the operative words.
