Detroit Business Owner Celebrates Women with Second Annual Event
For the second year in a row Super Woman Productions and Publishing is hosting the only official International Women's Day event in the state of Michigan.
Online, February 3, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Women's Day Tea sold out in 2013 as women from all professions and industries gathered in Midtown to celebrate each other and support women owned businesses. This year's event will be a repeat of that empowerment and support among women.
Women's Day Tea - Second Annual International Women's Day Celebration in Detroit will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Socra Tea Detroit, located at 71 Garfield, Suite 50, Detroit, MI 48202, in the heart of Midtown near the Detroit Medical Center. The event takes place from 6 pm to 10 pm eastern. A limited number of tickets are available online and advance purchase is strongly encouraged. The event includes selected teas from Socra Tea, sushi prepared onsite by a Japanese chef, four select vendors and live entertainment by local singer Gloria Ann. Recommended attire is fabulously ladylike. This year's event offers sponsorships and a portion of proceeds will be donated to Real Life. My Music., a local nonprofit organization.
