Recently, Bloomsdale attained a contract with KCI Construction Co. to complete the grading and utility installation for the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) at Fort Leonard Wood. To complete this four-and-a-half mile stretch of road, Bloomsdale teamed up with HDR Engineering. Bloomsdale reviewed HDR’s design and completed all of the excavation, drilling, blasting and bridge building for the project. Westgate was completed nine months ahead of an already aggressive schedule, making the project a positive experience for Bloomsdale, HDR, the Corps of Engineers and the military.
