Creodyne Names Its Achievements Award Recipients

Creodyne, LLC, is proud to announce today the names of the recipients of the first Creodyne Achievement Awards for 2013: Mr. Ulfur Grant and Ms. Schulyer Stell.

Ames, Iowa (I-Newswire) February 18, 2013 - Creodyne, LLC, is proud to announce today the names of the recipients of the first Creodyne Achievement Awards for 2013: Mr. Ulfur Grant and Ms. Schulyer Stell.

Mr. Grant received a Creodyne Achievement Award for his creative entrepreneurism in the area of business development. A graduate of Grinnell College, captain of the cross-country team, and master of four languages (English, Tamil, German and Icelandic). Mr. Grant embodies the type of individual that Creodyne believes will change the world for the better.

Ms. Stell received a Creodyne Achievement Award for her tenacious pursuit of the arts at the Kansas City Art Institute while working several jobs and winning tens of thousands of dollars in grant awards from various institutions. Ms. Stell’s art is multifaceted and inspires creative thought and vision, a key to solving difficult problems facing the world today.

Creodyne set aside funds specifically to encourage creative entrepreneurship through financial and intellectual support. Eric Henderson, the Company founder and president, said, “Despite our small size I feel it is critical to support entrepreneurship in young leaders and big thinkers. I am convinced that a “creative force” percolates in everyone. Sometimes it is right at the surface and in other cases it requires significant excavation, but it is always there and should be nurtured. The solutions to the world’s many problems will not emerge from politics or mainstream R&D but, rather, from the fringe where the big, often controversial, ideas are born.”

Creodyne expects to award additional Achievement Awards in 2013 and going forward each year thereafter.
