Iacobelli has a diverse background in finance, lending, real estate and business management. In 2004, he founded Sterling Financial Group LLC in Newport Beach, California, a private equity company specializing in buying, renovating and selling distressed real estate. Before that, he owned and operated Premier Mortgage Group (PMG), a correspondent mortgage banking firm operating in 35 states with 105 employees.

Iacobelli's experience with all facets of the real estate transaction process enables him to assist both home buyers and sellers.
