C Infinity Bring Irish Customers Data Protection Compliant Email

New SaaS Email Service Means Irish Customers Can Easily Comply With Section 12 of Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003

Evaden, a leading provider of SaaS cloud-based on-demand email archiving and security services, has announced the establishment of a new local Internet Data Centre (IDC) in Ireland partnering with C Infinity, an Irish-based international provider of platforms for SaaS hosting and data protection solutions.

Following extensive research of current market offerings, C Infinity chose Evaden because of its easy-to-use, yet advanced email platform, the professional and effective support service, and the fact that Evaden is the only unified email platform certified by Microsoft.

Evaden's partnership with C Infinity allows the delivery of its unique cloud-based mail archiving and security to C Infinity's customer base. Its Unified Mail Communication services, Evaden TM, is built on and fully integrated with Microsoft's core platform, and secures, protects, captures, sanitises, brands and archives all inbound and outbound email while in transit, enhancing an organisation's core business competencies of security, compliance and business continuity.

The only product of its kind to carry the Microsoft S+S ISV certification, Evaden TM resides on the Tier 1 Internet backbone and is delivered via high capacity carrier grade architecture in multiple geosynchronous top-tier secure data centres around the globe.

Being an Irish company located in an Irish owned data centre, the deal not only sees C Infinity's customers with secure, local email archiving and security, but provides them with Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, Section 12 compliance by retaining data within the EU, and also with a number of other industry regulations by keeping data within the Irish state.

Deon Robertson, CEO at Evaden, comments: "We're delighted with the new infrastructure in Ireland as we wanted to be able to provide Irish customers with the peace of mind that their data is being stored locally in a top tier and highly resilient and secure location. Clients in Ireland require guarantees that their data will remain within Ireland, and meet Irish data protection requirements".

Using a state of the art infrastructure with the best of breed technologies, and having worked closely with the Microsoft BizSpark (more) community in Ireland, C Infinity has built a strong reputation on partnering with SaaS companies, enabling them to compete at a global level. Its services include Dedicated Server Hosting, Private Cloud solutions and Infrastructure Management, and provides round-the-clock monitoring of hardware and software applications including protection against viruses and spyware. The company's secure data storage and protection solutions also provide a secure environment for businesses to store their critical data offsite, including automatic server backup of critical data and online backup and data encryption service for PCs and laptops.

Both Evaden and C Infinity are Microsoft Gold partners with a common commitment to deliver real commercial and financial benefits to the SME markets through SaaS solutions, and are clear that the partnership between them will deliver significant market opportunities for both companies, allowing C Infinity in particular to extend its core business offering into managed email services, a key area of interest for customers.

Freddie Graham (pictured above) of C Infinity, comments "Evaden is a great fit with our existing offerings and their solution allows us to offer enterprise strength cloud-based mail and archiving services to previously under-served market segments."

Deon Robertson, concludes: "C Infinity is a forward thinking, dynamic company and our strategies are strongly aligned in terms of our values, our vision of delivering true business benefits to our clients and our mutual commitment to core Microsoft technologies to deliver cloud computing solutions."
