Bipul (Bips) K. Mainali is an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. Mainali focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, finance and general corporate representations. He has extensive experience representing corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and other principals and advisors in a range of corporate and securities matters. He also advises clients on complex cross-border transactions involving India and the United States. He is a graduate of the National Law School of India University and Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Bips focused on negotiations-related work, including preparing a blue print for negotiating the political crisis in Nepal brewing at the time, and he also served as the Harvard '06 LL.M. commencement speaker. Bips worked with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in New Delhi prior to joining Harvard Law School.
