APS Launches Second Line Of Viprene TPVs

A new high performance line of thermoplastic vulcanizates called Viprene(R) P is now available from APS. TPVs are compounded with a polyolefine phase with a cross-Linked EPDMK phase which give products rubber-like performance.

Romulus, MI (I-Newswire) January 14, 2013 - Only weeks after introducing the firm’s first general purpose grades of Viprene® thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs), Alliance Polymers and Services LLC is offering new Viprene P (high performance) thermoplastic vulcanizates. TPVs are compounded with a polyolefin phase with a cross-linked EPDMK phase which give products rubber-like performance for demanding applications.
The new P series is now available from stock for immediate delivery, according to APS officials, at prices that are highly competitive and backed by a network of highly technical personnel who stand ready to help users pick the precise grade for the most demanding of applications.

Offered with a high compression set for rugged applications, and available in a wide range of Shore hardnesses – from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D – new high performance grades of the Viprene TPV are can be ordered in natural or black pellets.
