Advisors Assistant Partners With Docupace

Client Marketing Systems, Inc., parent company of the highly popular Client Relationship Management (CRM) program, Advisors Assistant® is pleased to announce its new integration partnership with Docupace Technologies. Now tracking and organizing access to clients' documents and applications has moved from the file drawer to the computer folder. Easy access to these documents saves time, saves money, and enhances client support.

Advisors Assistant's integration with Docupace links the client's CRM record with the files stored for that client in Docupace, and accesses the individual client's file lists with just one click. There's no need to enter passwords and user IDs. Advisors Assistant does all of that for you.

After a one-time setup with the user's Docupace logon information, Advisors Assistant users can go directly to their Docupace Desktop with just one click on the Docupace icon from the Advisors Assistant screen. Advisors Assistant automatically signs the user in with their unique User ID and Password.

When users are viewing an individual contact's data in Advisors Assistant, they can also go directly to that contact's document storage area in Docupace with just a double click. It's that easy.
