Yuly Aronson Announces Participation in Charity Marathon Event

Yuly Aronson is happy to announce that he will be participating in an upcoming charity marathon event in his home state of Iowa later in 2012.

Iowa (I-Newswire) September 18, 2012 - Yuly Aronson is happy to announce that he will be participating in an upcoming charity marathon event in his home state of Iowa later in 2012. The marathon is a charity-sponsored event. The charity is one of the most widely recognized organizations to benefit underprivileged children.

"For me," says Yuly Aronson, “this is the perfect marriage of my two main interests: running and helping the less fortunate.” Aronson is a renowned hand surgeon and leads the medical field in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. However, long-distance running and charity involvement are two of his biggest non-professional interests.

"I’m very excited about the upcoming race, and I have to add that training is going quite well," says Yuly Aronson. This will not be the first long-distance race for Yuly Aronson, who has been an avid runner for the majority of his adult life. “It may not be my first marathon, but it is my first marathon in quite a while,” says a modest Yuly Aronson, reluctant to release an actual figure on how many marathons he has completed in the past.

When asked about his training regiment, Yuly Aronson responds that the process is occurring on a daily basis. “I’m running every single morning before I go into the office,” says Yuly Aronson. “Currently, I’ve hit a plateau, but I plan to step up my mileage over the next week.

As an experienced marathon runner, Yuly Aronson has expressed his intention to scale back in the weeks leading up to the race. “It’s important,” says the hand surgeon, “to not overdo it in those last two weeks. Your body really needs the rest in the days that are immediately preceding the event.”

In order to boost his motivation, Yuly Aronson has been keeping the focus on those who will benefit from his participation in the marathon. “When I think of the children who need my help,” says Yuly Aronson, “I’m even more inspired to push myself harder for that next mile.”
