Young for Life TV Special Premieres in Los Angeles
Renowned health pioneer Marilyn Diamond, author of Fit for Life, along with her husband master trainer Dr. Rock, star in a new TV special based on their book Young for Life: The Easy No-Diet, No-Sweat Plan to Look and Feel 10 Years Younger.
Online, August 5, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Young for Life, a Public Television Special featuring acclaimed Fit for Life author and diet and health pioneer Marilyn Diamond and master trainer Dr. Rock, will debut August 10, 2013 on public television station KCET IN Los Angeles, California.
In the spirit of Marilyn's past record-breaking phenomenon Fit for Life, the 4th biggest book of the1980's, Young for Life: The No-Diet, No-Sweat Plan to Look and Feel 10 Years Younger (Rodale, April 2013, breaks new ground in the field of anti-aging.
