Xpient Solutions LLC Announces Three Key Appointments

Xpient has appointed three executives to key positions within the company

Xpient Solutions, a leading provider of POS and local transactions management solutions to the quick service and fast casual markets, has announced the appointment of Greg Gower to Vice President and General Manager-XPRESS Solution, Bill Star to Senior Vice President Customer Service and Indirect Channel, and Matt Steiger to Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing. Starr will be responsible for day to day operation of the Xpient Customer Service Center and Indirect Channel activities. His experience includes operations management at the restaurant level for Burger King, Golden Corral and HMS Host. He also worked in the point of sale (POS) business with several companies prior to joining Xpient in 2001. Starr has developed a tremendous knowledge of Xpient's solutions while previously managing Xpient's team of Professional Services Project Managers and Technical Account Managers.


In his new role, Gower will be responsible for all aspects of the XPRESS Solution, including the critical role of establishing a reseller network. Xpient XPRESS is an affordable, complete and easy to use software and hardware solution for quick service and fast casual operators. Gower has focused on selling and delivering POS and enterprise level technology solutions for over 15 years, since 2005 serving as VP of Account Management for Xpient with responsibility for existing client sales activity. Gower started with Progressive Software in 1996, working on the help desk, moving to the Professional Services department and later running Xpient's Customer Service Center.


In his new role, Steiger will direct marketing activities for Xpient including outbound messaging, strategic positioning and industry event management. He will also continue to manage Xpient's sales activities to new customers, provide project oversight for major deployments and develop proposals. Steiger has 25 years' experience in sales and marketing for companies delivering technology solutions to restaurant operators. Prior to joining Xpient, he held officer level positions with responsibility for key account sales, strategic alliances and general management.
