World Of Beer Is Brewing Its Next Location In Kendall

Tampa, FL Based Franchise Opening at the The Palms at Town & Country Shopping Center

Kendall (I-Newswire) November 26, 2012 - – World of Beer (WOB) plans to open their doors at The Palms at Town & Country in Kendall on Monday, December 3rd. This will be the 34th location for the thriving beer-centric establishment that boasts more than 500 different, ever-changing bottles and 50 rotating taps from around the world.

World of Beer Kendall, located at 8525 Mills Dr., Ste 302, will serve craft and import beers and stock more than 500 different bottles of beer from around the world, as well as local favorites including Schnebly, Due South Brewing, Tequesta Brewing Co., and Florida Beer Company.

WOB Kendall will be the second of its kind in the Miami area, as the new location will complement the existing Dadeland location. This is the Reeves Krumin Enterprise Group’s 8th WOB opening, and their 5th in South Florida.

Grand Opening festivities include raffle prizes all day and night on the 3rd, and live music starting at 8pm. Raffle tickets are $1 and all proceeds will benefit local non-profit organization, Fight For Sylvia’s Angels. WOB Kendall has planned ongoing promotions and entertainment, which includes live music Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and weekly brew events and fundraisers. With a focus solely on craft beer, WOB Kendall patrons can place orders from local restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Moe's Southwest Grill, CG Burgers, Carmine's La Trattoria Restaurant, Chef Chen Chinese Restaurant, La Fogata and Sushi Maki of Kendall.

The ‘WOB Culture’ is different than any other. Every WOB staff member must attend a 14-day ‘beer school’ where they learn everything about beer. Employees are tested and required to pass with at least a 90 percent score to begin work at World of Beer.

WOB rewards its customers by offering a ‘Loyalty Club Program’ that enables them to earn points on the different brews they try. Customers earn one point for every different beer purchased at WOB, gaining them access, appreciation and rewards. The program is available to all patrons.

WOB was founded in Tampa, FL in 2007. Now, just five years later, they are launching their 34th location in Kendall, FL.
