Workshare today announced the appointment of Annette Court to its board of directors. Annette has been appointed as a non-executive director to provide strategic direction in the growing enterprise file share, sync, and collaboration market in a bid to grow the business globally.

Annette brings with her more than 30 years of success in the technology and insurance industries. Prior to joining the Workshare board, she held the position of CEO at Europe General Insurance for Zurich Financial Services and was formerly CEO of RBS Insurance (Direct Line Group). Annette also sits on the boards of Admiral Group, JLT Group and Foxtons as a non-executive director. In joining, Annette brings strong leadership and strategy expertise, along with invaluable first-hand experience of business transformation and international expansion strategies, which can be directly applied to Workshare.
