Wholesale Energy Continues Energy Leadership Program and Hires Four New Engineers
Wholesale Energy builds future industry leaders by offering on-the-job training and leadership development to four engineering graduates.
Mountainside, NJ (I-Newswire) November 16, 2012 - Wholesale Energy, a New Jersey based energy consulting firm, continues their Energy Leadership Program (ELP) for the second year in a row. The company has recruited four engineering graduates for this year’s program, which features on-the-job training across engineering, sales, project management and installation departments.
This leadership program is part of Wholesale Energy’s commitment to building a company that cultivates talent and inspires energy conservation for future generations. “I believe that allowing young engineers to understand and experience different group dynamics within the corporation will help them become better team members, business partners and leaders,” says Rob Duncan, General Manager at Wholesale Energy. “Allowing young professionals to build strong foundations early on in their career is important to Wholesale Energy, and also the energy industry as a whole.”
Additionally, the ELP provides aspiring engineers and professionals with unique opportunities to develop careers within the energy industry. “ELP allowed me to discover my strengths within the company,” says Michelle Chan, ELP Associate and first year ELP participant. “As a result, I was able to redefine, analyze and strategically think about my future career and professional goals within the energy industry.”
