"Who's the Best in the Bay" 2012 Red Carpet Grand Finale

The Best in the Bay Red Carpet & Grand Finale

3 months ago Visions Entertainment Group embarked on a journey to dicover the most talented, unsigned artists in the Tampa Bay area. It was Visions Entertainment's goal to get these artists recognized and given them a stage and an audience. Along the 70 artists hit the stage, judged by 35 different local industry experts and have been narrowed down to 10 finalists. The Finalists are: Jonathan Gates (Young Gates), Nam Tran, Michael Hendrix (Red Mike), Marvin Harris (Mr. Marv), Arriel Alisha (Double A), Frankie Crespo (Heavy Lyrics), Jroc Jones and three additional artists to be decided on May 25th at the last semi final competition.

All of the semi finalists have received song of their choosing being featured on a mixtape hosted by DJ Shalamar, (Best of the Bay the Semi Finals Vol 1, Vol 2 and Vol 3) as well as an interview by either MsLB of TrapHouse Rocks, Breezy Says or Dre D Show.

The Winner of The Best in the Bay Grand Finale will receive a $2,000.00 cash prize paid out by Visions Entertainment Group, a $1500 promotional package from GM Radio.biz and a full page ad in GrindtimeMagazine. Second and third place will also recieve prize packages valued at about $300 each.

The Best in the Bay Red Carpet will be hosted by Buckwheat O'Tay of Tampa's own Wild 94.1 as well as Orlando's La Loca from 102 Jamz. The Finale event by Mike Mike of 95 South and Quad City DJs and the music is provided by the amazing DJ Rhinestone of Wild 94.1. The finale judges will be representing Konvict Muzic, IMG Recordings, EMI Music Publishing, Universal Music Group, Bad Boy Entertainment, Island Def Jam, Elite Music Group, Atlantic Records and many more. Special Guest Performance will be by Quinton Storm, Nyte Lyfe Gang, Ajay Cartel and Q'Pee & Yung Pimp.
