West Bank Township Development Receives County Approval
Residential and commercial real estate project receives county approval to move forward with plans for development in location between City of Ray and Tioga, North Dakota.
Online, April 24, 2013 (Newswire.com) - CERRON Commercial Properties, LLC is pleased to announce their client, POR-MKR Real Estate, LLC, has received final plat approval from Williams County to move ahead with its plans for the West Bank Township Development, a major residential and commercial development project near Ray and Tioga, North Dakota. Divided into two separate projects, the West Bank Station development, located along SWC of Hwy 2 and CR-19, is a 333 acre commercial and residential development project. West Bank Ridge, a residential development, is located just south of the West Bank Station development, and includes 25 single family lots and 146 mobile home lots.
Tioga Area Commerce Park, a commercial and light industrial development, already well under way by the same owner, is located on the south side of Hwy 2 and east of the West Bank Township Development project.
