Wear-resisting Crusher Parts in Limestone Crushing Line Saves Cost for Cement Plant

First, changing crusher hammer into highly wearable crushing hammer head. In limestone crushing line, the easily damaged part is crusher hammer because of the silicon content in limestone. When the silicon content extends 4%, the limestone crusher’s wearing will increase. In some condition, the crusher hammer should be taken place of every two or three days, which gives heavy pressure for enterprise. Aiming to the high silicon content in limestone, DSMAC inlays tungsten titanium hard alloy rod on high manganese steel crusher hammer head. As a result, the crusher head’s service life will increase 50% to 100%, so the cost will be reduced accordingly. Besides, if the impact crusher is applied in sandstone crushing line, the high chrome can be used, which will double the lifetime than the general blow bars.

Second, reforming the crusher rotor. Crusher rotor is the core part of limestone crusher and is also the key to improve crushing efficiency. DSMAC reformed reinforced crusher rotor applies special variable rotor inertia design to improve the crusher’s crushing efficiency. The discharging size is reduced 30% to 50%, which greatly saves the cost for further crushing.


Third, adding primary crushing machine—fine jaw crusher. The fine jaw crusher is the most effective equipment which can reduce crushing cost and investment. The adding of fine jaw crusher can improve the productivity of fine crushing and sand making. At the same time, the wear of wear-resisting crusher parts for tertiary crushing stage can be reduced.
