Washington State Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Announces 2013 Officers and Board of Directors

-The Washington State Chapter of CCIM, an internationally recognized and leading commercial real estate association, announces the newly elected 2013 board members and directors.

The Washington State Chapter of CCIM, an internationally recognized and leading commercial real estate association, announces the newly elected 2013 board members, including 2013 president, Gary Hunter, CCIM, managing broker at Westlake Associates in Seattle, Washington.

In addition to Hunter, elected officers include: Fred McConkey, CCIM, with McConkey Development Company, president elect; Chad Gleason, CCIM with Gleason and Company, Inc., secretary; and Craig Steinlicht CCIM, with Remax Victory, treasurer. 2012 president, Robert Messmer, CCIM, continues on the board as immediate past president.

2013 directors at large include: Chad Anderson, CCIM with Real Estate Investment Services (REIS); Michael Armanious, CCIM with KW Commercial; Lydia Bennett, CCIM, with Port of Bellingham; Constance Boyle, CCIM with Andover Company; Marianne Christian-Griffith, CCIM with Real Estate Strategies NW; Robert DiPietrae, CCIM of Hendricks & Partners; Derek Doke, CCIM of Barclay's Realty & Management Co.; and Bob Frederickson, CCIM of Coldwell Banker and Arie Salomon, CCIM, 1st regional vice president/national liaison.

Newly appointed 2013 chapter president, Hunter is a long-standing board member of the CCIM Washington State Chapter. He joined Westlake Associates, Inc. in 2011 after four years at Colliers International Commercial Real Estate Services where he specialized in investment real estate in the Puget Sound region. His accomplishments include University of Washington Commercial Real Estate; CCIM Designation; Lipsey School of Real Estate Broker Career Best; Colliers International 2010 Top Listing Broker; 2012 CCIM Washington State Chapter treasurer 2011; Washington Realtors Board of Directors 2013.
