Southfield (I-Newswire) November 1, 2012 - Jade Upchurch joins the w3r sales team with over 10 years of account management experience providing support for consulting services and project work primarily within Information Technology. In her new role at w3r supporting the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan account, Jade will report to JoAnn Mackie (Senior Director, Business Development) and will be responsible for day to day management and account support. Jade will work closely with Blue Cross Blue Shield customers and resource management to resolve business and IT challenges through value added managed or staffing services. To do this, Jade will utilize w3r’s vast technical consultant team, which includes experts in Program/PM, Application Development, Infrastructure services and Security solutions.
Jade’s background includes working for large international IT staffing and solution companies. These experience have helped Jade focus on the importance of relationship building. She dedicates herself to understanding her clients needs and focuses on her ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Jade believes her true value will be measured by her ability to translate her account management expertise into long standing and effective relationships and by delivering results. Jade holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Oakland University.
