Vocal Wins Another Prestigious Emergency Planning Award; The ‘Most Innovative Product of the Year 2012.’

Vocal are delighted to be celebrating yet another achievement. Incident Log; the latest addition to the award winning iModus suite has been officially recognised by the Emergency Planning Society as the ‘Most Innovative Product of the Year’.

London (I-Newswire) September 24, 2012 - This was a joint submission with Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Trust who describes Incident Log as “A superb piece of software that even in its first iteration is probably one of the biggest steps forward in major incident response for years’’.

As well as being implemented within the NHS, Incident Log was selected and used extensively by the Cross-sector Safety and Security Communications Partnership (www.cssc.gb.com) for the London 2012 games. This unique partnership between the Metropolitan Police Service, the Home Office, London First, and business sector groups have included iModus in their new communication process which will continue after the London 2012 games as a lasting enhancement to safety and security in the capital.

The winners of the UK Emergency Planning Society’s Resilience Awards were announced on Wednesday 19th September at a gala dinner in Northamptonshire.
