Cura Technical provides onsite engineering support for video-conferencing, interactive point of sale devices, digital signage and AV control equipment
Visionpoint Technologies, one of the UK's leading providers of audio visual (AV) installation and maintenance services, has signed up Cura Technology to provide a comprehensive range of outsourced technical support solutions. Under the terms of this agreement, Cura will provide onsite engineering support for video-conferencing, interactive point of sale devices, digital signage and AV control equipment installed at retail locations across the UK.

Cura Technical will provide second line support for all service calls that cannot be quickly resolved by Visionpoint Technologies' helpdesk during normal office hours, seven days a week. A flexible onsite response will be delivered using Cura's national infrastructure of strategically based service engineers, all of which are security vetted and equipped with the latest mobile communications devices.
