Vincenzo And Elizabeth Anzellini Join RE/MAX Alliance Group In Siesta Key, Florida

Online, July 1, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Vincenzo "Enzo" Anzellini and Carmen "Elizabeth" Anzellini, a husband-and-wife real estate team, have joined the Siesta Key office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. Specialists in the international market, they were formerly with RE/MAX United Realty in Coral Gables. They have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and investment internationally.

Enzo was born in Ethiopia when it was still an Italian colony. He grew up in Venice and Rome, Italy, moving to Venezuela with his family at the age of 13. During his four decades in the industry, he has been involved with resort developments in the Italian Riviera, the Costa Brava in Spain, the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, and the island of Margarita in Venezuela. He is the author of the "Surfeando El Repunte lnmobiliario," a Spanish-language book on real estate, and holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations, as well as the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

Elizabeth is a native of Barranquilla, Colombia, and has a background in hotel management. She was Assistant Manager for the Brisas Beach Club and Eden Tropical Resort in Isla Margarita in Venezuela, and has participated with her husband in real estate operations in Italy, Spain, South America, the Caribbean and the United States, including some of the best resorts in the Smoky Mountains. Her love of Italian cooking was developed when she spent five years in Lake Como in Italy. She holds the CIPS and TRC designations, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

The Anzellinis travel often out of the country to meet with investors who are interested in Florida properties, and will be going to Spain and Italy in September.
