Unity of Greater Hartford Hosts Free Exhibition for Connecticut LGBT Community

Unity of Greater Hartford will be hosting a free expo for the Connecticut LGBT community on September 15th from noon until 4pm.

Numerous support groups throughout the state will participate including PFLAG, True Colors, CABO, GLSEN, HGLHC, Love Makes A Family, and Stonewall Speakers. This free expo offers members of the Connecticut LGBT community an opportunity to learn of available resources and programs throughout the state of Connecticut. The expo will take place on the date of September 15th, 2012 and will be held from noon until 4pm.

Exhibitors will be addressing the group throughout the afternoon. They will be introducing themselves and explaining their mission and services. "We want the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community to know what's available." said Reverend Ed Townley. "We are thrilled to be able to provide all of this information and resources in one place, under one roof". This is a free expo with the purpose of distributing relevant information for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community of the state of Connecticut. Unity of Greater Hartford, along with the numerous support groups participating are excited to be able to provide these valuable resources.
