underwriters laboratories certifies solar semiconductor

(I-Newswire) July 16, 2009 - Bangalore, July 16, 2009: Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an independent product safety certification organization, announced that it has certified Solar Semiconductor for SSI-3SG6-220 family of Photovoltaic Modules making them the first manufacturer in India to be certified for the wattage range of 198 to 242 W. Solar Semiconductor manufactures Photovoltaic Modules at their facilities located in Kompally and FabCity in Hyderabad.
