Learn How to Create a Decadent Easter Feast with Holiday Food and Wine Pairings
Online, February 14, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The Hotel Hanford and UC Irvine Extension today announced the new event for the "The Perfect Blend," a collaborative program to enhance the quality of wine education in Orange County. Part of The Noble Vine Series, "Meet Me at the Hop" will be held at The Hotel Hanford's Wine Salon on Tuesday, March 6 at 5:30 p.m. The event will offer a gamut of foods perfect for sampling with refreshing wines that are fit for an Easter celebration.

The Perfect Blend partnership between The Hotel Hanford and UC Irvine Extension's Wine Studies provides a new dimension in wine exploration in Orange County that is fun, new and academically thought provoking.
