Two New Luxembourg Firms Join Russell Bedford Network
Russell Bedford International appoints Hoche Partners Trust Services and Avega Revision as its member firms in Luxembourg
Online, December 4, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Hoche Partners Trust Services S.A. and Avega Revision S.a r.l. have been appointed as the new Luxembourg member firms of the global Russell Bedford professional services network.
Hoche Partners Trust Services S.A. (HPTS), forms part of Hoche Partners, an international group serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors in the areas of private equity, real estate and family office services.
Established in Luxembourg in 2005, HPTS offers a broad range of services related to the acquisition and management of international assets, including: international tax structuring; inheritance planning; setting up and management of special purpose vehicles, trusts and foundations; statutory accounting; valuations; due diligence; and corporate secretarial services.
The firm's three principals, Alain Heinz, Jean-Pascal Caruso and Laurent Kind, are supported by a team of around 15 professional and administrative staff.
Avega Revision S.a r.l. was founded in 2009 and is certified by the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority (CSSF) as an independent audit practice (Cabinet de revision agree).
The firm performs statutory and contractual audits and offers related services such as internal audit, evaluation reports, liquidation audits, review of interim dividends and review of contributions in kind.
Headed by Frank Thihatmar, an independent auditor, the Avega Revision team has long experience in auditing commercial and real estate companies, international holding structures (private equity and real estate) and in auditing consolidated accounts under IFRS and Lux-GAAP.
