Truforte Business Group and Tiger Brokerage Group form affiliation to expand their markets.

Fort Myers (I-Newswire) September 23, 2012 - Bruce Pockrandt of Truforte Business Group and Ed Towers of Tiger Brokerage Group jointly announced that their companies have affiliated to expand their markets. Trufote Business Group has primarily been focused in Southwest Florida on what would be considered main street business brokerage, where as Tiger Brokerage Group is more focused on the Middle Market mergers & acuisitions. Since there is such a small amount of business that actually overlaps this affiliation puts Truforte Business Group in a position to become engaged in middle market M&A intermediary transactions. Tiger Brokerage Group in turn will have the benefit of becoming more involved with the main street.

Tiger Brokerage Group is a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm located in Naples. As a middle market intermediary, Mr. Towers is involved in valuations, brokering and exit planning. His career in mergers and acquisitions spans 28 years. Ed earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier.
