30 August 2012 TrueConf, one of the leading developers and providers of video conferencing solutions, releases the client application for iPad, which is already available on the Apple App Store.
TrueConf application for iPad expands access to video conferencing, uniting in a single network Android devices, notebooks, PCs, executive hardware solutions, and SIP phones.
The client application for iPad allows visual communication on GPRS/EDGE, 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi networks. It also supports screen rotation and swift change between front and rear cameras, even during a video call.
The client application is fully compatible with all TrueConf solutions: corporate video conferencing server TrueConf Server, and cloud-based video service TrueConf Online. The address book is stored on a server and isn't bound to the device, so that the contact list is the same for all solutions.
The video application works on the second and third generation iPad under iOS 5 (and higher) and provides live video communication even on 64 Kbps channels. TrueConf users can gain access through the popular social media services (Facebook, Google+) .

"Thus, TrueConf application for iPad can connect to the TrueConf Server via Wi-Fi within the private network of an enterprise. The iPad application supports IM (instant messaging), has a simple and intuitive user interface, and is currently available from the App Store.
Earlier, on March, 15, 2012, the company released the client application for Android devices. In the near future, TrueConf plans to introduce its mobile application for iPhone.
